Filing Systems
Improve your office's efficiency with a color coded
filing systems. We offer four different filing solutions to help you
organize your records.

Alphabetical
System
Files are arranged using any 2 -3 letter
combinations. For example, a doctor's office may file patient
John Benson as BAJ (shown in picture to the right).

Numeric System
Files are arranged in numerical sequence (12345,
12346, 12347, etc.). Using double digits instead of two
single labels for the last two digits can also save coding space and
money.

Alphanumeric
System
Folders are filed in alphabetical sequence. A numerical
sequence is added within the alphabetical section or vice-versa.

Terminal System
For 25,000 folders or more.
Records are filed by 100 section groupings, then by two digit color code
groupings.
